Can we help you?

Support Services

Cartrefi Cymru is a not-for-profit organisation that supports people in Wales to lead fulfilled lives, at home and in the community.  We offer a wide range of services, from half an hour of home care to round-the-clock intensive support.

We mainly support people with disabilities, autism, challenging behaviour, and older people, and provide breaks and support for carers but we are flexible in response to local needs.

The services we provide are often officially referred to as:

  • domiciliary care

  • housing related support

  • supported living

  • short term residential care

  • day services

But the simplest way to describe all our support services is:

  • whatever it takes to deliver the best outcomes for you

And our support is delivered by staff who are carefully recruited and trained to respect, safeguard, and enable.

Most of our services are paid for by local authorities. But we also provide services to people who pay for them themselves, either with their own money or with a Direct Payment. Click here to find out how we are funded in more detail.

Business Services

As a way of helping us to keep our support services as affordable as possible, we also sell a range of different services to other organisations. These include training, accreditation, payroll, technology services, management support, and conference/meeting facilities. Click here to find out about our business services
